Synopsis: A railroad boss poses as King Zong, leader of the League of Unicorns, an oriental criminal gang that wear helmets with spikes on their foreheads to slay enemies. Zong hopes to profit from sowing discord between China and the Allies, but Cap and Bucky defeat him and hand him over to the police.
