Description
Bob Kane Batman Daily Comic Strip #544 Original Art dated 7-25-45 (McClure Newspaper Syndicate, 1945). Batman and Robin find themselves blamed for breaking up a marriage right after saving Gloria King from a suicide attempt -- holy Borderline Personality Disorder. This episode, titled "The Bum's Rush," is a terrific example of Batman strip art, as rendered by the Caped Crusader's creator Bob Kane, and ace inker Charles Paris. This daily was drawn on Craftint paper, and it has an image area of approximately 21.5" x 6.25", and the art is in Very Good condition. Not much Golden Age Batman art has been offered in the marketplace, and so this daily is certain to be a highly sought-after piece for the die-hard Gotham Guardian collectors.More information about Bob Kane.
