Mick McGinty Eradicator Computer Game Original Box Art PC (Accolade, 1996). This action-packed masterpiece is by Mick McGinty, who worked on numerous album covers and movie posters, as well as box art for such games as Street Fighter II and Streets of Rage 2. Rendered in mixed media on a Crescent illustration board measuring 28" x 27" (the white border is 0.5"), it is the original box art for a first- and third-person shooter called Eradicator, released for the PC in 1996. This vintage artwork vividly captures the essence of the game with a muscular character, protagonist Dan Blaze, bursting through a heavily fortified metal wall, guns blazing with blue beams and fireballs. The background is alive with fiery explosions, emphasizing the game's intense atmosphere.
