Resident Evil - Wata 9.6 A+ Sealed, Saturn Capcom 1997 USA. Only one copy is graded higher on Wata's March 2023 population report out of just eight total. The Resident Evil series is essentially the gold standard of survival horror. Though the series first got its start on the PlayStation a year earlier, it seemed like a no-brainer for Capcom to port it to the Saturn in an attempt to widen the audience. However, the Saturn didn't sell anywhere near the same number of consoles as its competitors, so the production run for this version was much smaller. Sealed copies of this culturally significant game are hard enough to come by as it is, and those with jewel cases as pristine as this are worth treasuring that much more.View the certification for PSA Certification ID 587232-004, including grader's notes if available.
