Wipeout 3 - Wata 9.8 A+ Sealed [Sony Security Seal], PS1 Psygnosis 1999 USA. This copy just missed the mark to appear on the March 2022 Wata population report. If it had made the list it would appear as the single highest graded copy. As you can see by the sticker on the cover, IGN.com rated it the "Best racing game of E3." There are a ton of racers on the PS1, but this one really stands out, thanks to fast, futuristic action, music from The Chemical Brothers, 11 different weapons, and vertical as well as horizontal split-screen racing.Wata Population Report
