Mega Man X5 - Wata 9.8 A++ Sealed, PS1 Capcom 2001 USA. First released as Rockman X5 for the PlayStation in 2000, this Capcom Production Studio 3 platformer was originally intended to be the final chapter of the Mega Man X series before Capcom extended the franchise. Mega Man X5 introduced new gameplay mechanics, including crouching, rope-hanging, selectable difficulty levels, and time-sensitive missions, which impacted the game's multiple endings. The addition of the Enigma cannon and shuttle missions added tension to the story, while new Maverick Hunter team members-Alia, Douglas, and Signas-expanded the cast. Players could choose between X and Zero, each with their own armor sets and combat styles.
