According to Wata's March 2024 population report, the company has only graded 12 examples. The game is a port of the 1998 Capcom arcade fighting classic and marks the earliest piece of media ever released in the US related to the long-running manga series. Developed by the team responsible for the Street Fighter III series, the game is based on the manga's third main story arc, "Stardust Crusaders."
