Nintendo GameCube Wavebird Wireless Controller - Sealed [Platinum, Employee Purchase Copy], GameCube Nintendo 2003 USA. This is our third time offering a platinum WaveBird wireless controller, but it is our first time offering an Employee Purchase copy denoted by the sticker. Hardcore gamers know that the GameCube is absolutely on fire with collector interest, and rare items like this sealed WaveBird wireless controller command a premium. With the WaveBird, you could kick back on the couch or in bed and play GameCube without worrying about staying close to the console. It included a small receiver unit that had to be plugged into the controller port of the console. It featured a channel-selection wheel and an LED to indicate the signal was received, and up to 16 could be played simultaneously. The blister pack has subtle scuffs and a shallow vertical cut along the right side of the back cover.Auction Info
