Half-Life - VGA 85 NM+ Sealed, PC Valve 1998 USA. Half-Life is one of the most sought-after computer games among our bidders, and this copy looks fantastic. This inventive first-person shooter puts you in the shoes of scientist Gordan Freeman, a Black Mesa employee who tries to survive an experiment gone wrong which caused aliens from the planet Xen to invade the facility. The story of Half-Life is told entirely in-game: everything is seen through the eyes of the protagonist. Most story elements unfold via scripted sequences, triggered by the player reaching a certain area or interacting with certain objects. All information is addressed to the player directly. Instead of having separate levels, the facility is more of a semi open-world that allows the player to backtrack through many previous areas.
