Description
Bible Adventures Nintendo Entertainment System Original Preliminary Box Art (Wisdom Tree, 1991). A unique piece of video game history, this mixed-media preliminary cover illustration was created for the box art of Bible Adventures for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), one of the most recognizable unlicensed Christian games released by Wisdom Tree. Rendered on foamcore board measuring 11.25" × 9.5," with an image area of approximately 9.5" × 7," the composition features vivid depictions of key biblical stories, including Noah's Ark and David and Goliath, unified beneath a radiant divine figure. The piece remains in excellent condition, with only light discoloration and minor wear around the borders of the board (not affecting the art), and retains an impressive level of detail and tone throughout the central image. The final image was also used for the PC and Sega Genesis versions of the game.The Harvey Collection
