Wolfenstein 3D - Wata 9.2 A Sealed, SNES Imagineer 1994 USA.
All right, here it is, folks -- the Super Nintendo port of what is
sometimes referred to as the granddaddy of 3D first-person
shooters! Oh yes, that is indeed correct. The MS-DOS version of
this game (released in 1992) helped establish the expectations of
the genre. Of course, what more would one expect from a game that
comes from John Romero, the man behind Doom? All that said,
this version underwent heavy censorship when it was ported to
maintain Nintendo's family-friendly image. The most obvious of
which, is the removal of all Nazi symbolism. "Nazi Germany" was
changed to "Master State" and Adolf Hitler was renamed the
"Staatmeister" in this version. Collectors have oft lamented the
difficulty they have faced when searching for a nice sealed copy of
this SNES game, so this one is sure to be a sight for sore
