Super Street Fighter II - Wata Certified Prototype, SNES Capcom 1994 USA. This cartridge has been officially certified by Wata as a legitimate prototype. The pre-production cartridge would have been used for development, testing, or promotional purposes. Its original handmade label gives this cartridge an extra bit of flair. Super Street Fighter II is the third SNES entry to the massively popular Street Fighter II sub-series. The game marks the first appearance of T. Hawk, Fei Long, and Dee Jay.
