Description

Super Mario Bros. 3 - VGA 85 NM+ Unopened, Famicom Nintendo 1988 JPN. This is a nicely preserved Japanese copy of Super Mario Bros. 3, one of the most celebrated and influential platformers of all time. Released nearly four months before its NES counterpart, making it a first edition of the game, the Famicom edition introduced groundbreaking innovations--from a world map and inventive power-ups to richly varied level design--that redefined the series and set a new standard for the genre. With its imaginative mechanics, expansive worlds, and enduring gameplay, Super Mario Bros. 3 is widely hailed as a timeless masterpiece. The box has slight corner wear, but it looks terrific overall.
