Description
Stinger - CGC 9.4 A+ Sealed [Hangtab, No Rev-A, First Production], NES Konami 1987 USA. Factory-sealed copies of Stinger are increasingly difficult to find, especially in this condition. This first-production example presents beautifully, with only a small flaw near the front top and a faint half-inch crease along the upper back edge. Developed by Konami, the game is a whimsical "cute-'em-up" that blended vertical and horizontal scrolling shooter stages-similar in format to the more widely known Life Force, also from Konami. Originally released in Japan as Moero TwinBee, it was the second entry in the long-running TwinBee series and helped define the subgenre with its quirky visuals, bell-based power-up system, and frantic cooperative gameplay.
