Rockin' Kats - VGA 85+ NM+ Sealed [Oval SOQ R], NES Atlus 1991 USA. According to VGA's April census, only 13 copies of Rockin' Kats have been certified by the company. Graded examples are rare across all services, suggesting a modest original print run and limited survival in high-grade condition. Released in 1991, this highly entertaining platformer shared its debut year with Sonic the Hedgehog for the Genesis and Super Mario World for the SNES. Yet, unlike those famous titles, Rockin' Kats remains a hidden gem. The game is notable for its inventive punch-gun gameplay mechanic and for its distinctive retro-cartoon aesthetic inspired by classic animation.
