Nintendo Entertainment System Control Deck Console - VGA 80+ NM Qualified [Oval SOQ TM], NES Nintendo 1988 USA. This is one of only five examples of this NES console variant listed on VGA's February census, and just the second one we've ever offered. This later Control Deck release included two controllers but no pack-in game or additional peripherals—a streamlined version introduced during a notable rise in the console's popularity, coinciding with such iconic releases as Contra and Super Mario Bros. 2. This particular lot is Qualified, indicating it has been certified by VGA as complete and unused. The box shows light, expected edge and corner wear, along with a few faint surface impressions on the front, but overall presents beautifully for its grade, with clean panels and a bright, glossy finish that displays remarkably well.Auction Info
