Metroid - Wata 9.4 A+ Sealed [Rev-A, Round SOQ, Mid-Production], NES Nintendo 1987 USA. When it comes to femme fatales in video games, it's hard to come up with a cooler, tougher example than Nintendo's first female protagonist -- intergalactic, lone-wolf bounty hunter, Samus Aran. At the time of this writing, this copy is tied for the highest-graded round Nintendo seal of quality variant that Wata has ever certified. In other words, if one were to even attempt to find a nicer copy of this Nintendo Entertainment System key that was produced as early as this one, it is expected that they would come up short. This game is the first game in the highly-acclaimed, long-running Metroid series, and was Samus Aran's first appearance. It's unquestionable that Samus has solidified herself as one of Nintendo's core characters; after all, she's a member of the "perfect-attendance" crew in the wildly popular fighting series, Super Smash Bros. This is certainly one of those games that we don't expect to see for a long time once it finds its next home! From the K-Mart Collection.
