Second Highest of Eight Graded
Mega Man X2 - Wata 9.6 A+ Sealed, SNES Capcom 1995 USA.
We're mega-excited about this incredible lot! It is the second
highest-graded copy of Mega Man X2 on Wata's August 2024
population report out of just eight total. It was the first of only
two games to utilize Capcom's proprietary Cx4 chip, a math
coprocessor designed specifically for the Mega Man X series. This
advanced chip allowed the Super Nintendo to handle complex
trigonometric calculations, enabling 3D wireframe effects, sprite
positioning, and rotation, giving the game a technical edge over
other titles on the platform. Directed by Mega Man co-creator Keiji
Inafune and produced by Tokuro Fujiwara, Mega Man X2 was
similar to the first Mega Man X, with fast-paced action,
shooting, and platforming. The dynamic box art was created by the
