[Box: 8.0; Manual: 6.5; Cart: 9.6; Overall: 8.0] Adapted from the 1983 computer classic, Lode Runner for the NES is tough to find complete in the box. There's only one CIB copy graded higher on Wata's December 2023 population report between both variants. The game belongs to a decidedly retro genre, the climbing game or non-scrolling platformer. Actually, the NES version does scroll a little, setting it apart a bit from the original. The game has adventure elements as well. The box has gently loved corners.
