Little Nemo: The Dream Master - CGC 9.2 A+ Sealed [Oval SOQ R], NES Capcom 1990 USA. Inspired by the 1989 Japanese animated feature Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland-itself adapted from Winsor McCay's groundbreaking early 20th-century comic strip-this whimsical platformer translated dream logic into pixelated play. Players would guide pajama-clad Nemo through surreal stages by feeding candy to friendly creatures, who in turn granted him their abilities. This imaginative mechanic anticipated Kirby's trademark power-copying by three years, and it also showcased Capcom's flair for inventive gameplay at the height of the NES era.
