Final Fantasy - Wata 9.6 A Sealed [Oval SOQ R, "USA and Canada" Text, Early Production], NES Nintendo 1990 USA. Wata lists only two copies of this early-production variant with a higher grade on their September 2025 population report. Final Fantasy was created by Hironobu Sakaguchi as both his and Square's last-ditch effort--he planned to leave the industry if it failed. Its unexpected success saved the company from bankruptcy and launched one of gaming's most enduring franchises. Without this game, there would be no Kingdom Hearts and no "One Winged Angel." This RPG featured deep character customization with six classes, turn-based party combat, an expansive world map, and even airship travel.
