Earth Defense Force - Wata 9.4 A+ Sealed, SNES Jaleco 1992 USA. There are only two copies of Earth Defense Force on Wata's September 2025 population report, making this newly certified example a very nice find for collectors. Across publicly available census data, the number of graded examples remains in the middle single digits. A classic side-scrolling shooter, the game featured six levels ranging "from above the clouds to deep inside the enemy spaceships." Adapted from Jaleco's 1991 arcade game, this port dropped the two-player mode but added selectable weapons. The box has a small area on the front with light surface impressions where it looks like a price sticker was removed, but this is a very nice looking game.View the certification for Wata Certification ID 611477-021 , including grader's notes if available.
