Bionic Commando - Wata 9.6 A Sealed [Rev-A, Round SOQ] (Plattsburgh Collection), NES Capcom 1988 USA. There are only two copies of Bionic Commando graded higher on Wata's August 2022 population report, and this is indeed a near-perfect example. Based on the 1987 Capcom arcade game, this action-platformer was originally released in Japan as Hitler's Resurrection: Top Secret. All references to Nazism that existed in the original Famicom title were removed for the Nintendo Entertainment System release in the United States. You may recognize the initials on the box illustration, which was created by none other than comic book artist Frank Cirocco!PSA Population Report
