In an attempt to combat the "expensive" video games being produced, the creator Action 52 thought the best approach would be to create a cartridge with 52 barely playable games for only $199 -- what a bargain! As could imagine, few people saw the bargain here and a scarce amount of was cartridges actually circulated.
