NARC - Wata 9.4 A Sealed [Oval SOQ R], NES Acclaim 1990 USA. We say "yes" to this beautiful copy of NARC, which was backed by "Just Say No International," an anti-drug organization. The game is based on the 1988 run-and-gun Williams arcade classic, which was designed by Eugene Jarvis and was the first video game with an anti-drug message. However, Nintendo removed all drug references from the gameplay and kept much of the violence and gore. Developed by Rare with music composed by David Wise.PSA Population Report
