Gotcha!: The Sport! - Wata 9.6 A+ Sealed [No Rev-A, First Production], NES LJN 1987 USA. The vast majority of sealed copies of this game are of the later production "Rev-A" variety, and very few copies of this variant are as pristine as this one. In fact, this is only the second copy of this variant we've ever had the pleasure to offer. Any NES collectors who set on a first-production copy should not pass up this opportunity. For those who are new to the world of Video Game collecting, the Rev-A code was added to the packaging for NES games in 1988 to note a design change that occurred for the cartridge. Specifically, they switched from a "5-screw" model to a "3-screw" model. Sometimes, the production run for the box of a game didn't really line up with its cartridge production. This is how No Rev-A boxes sometimes ended up with 3-screw cartridges, as is the case here.
