    Description

Castlevania II: Simon's Quest - Wata 9.6 A+ Sealed [Rev-A, Round SOQ, Early Production], NES Konami 1988 USA. If you factor in this fantastic copy's seal rating, this is the highest graded example of Castlevania II that we've ever offered at Heritage Auctions! These early production copies with a "Round SOQ" don't show up for auction too often, with only 3 copies being featured before this. It's possible that we may have to wait quite some time before we see another example that can go toe-to-toe with this eye-catching copy! This is the second video game in the highly acclaimed Castlevania series. It was originally released on the Famicom Disk System before being ported to the NES one year later. We feel that this haunting game is a perfect fit for a Halloween auction! Cover art by Tom Dubois.
