iQue Player - VGA 75+ EX+/NM Sealed, N64 Nintendo 2003 CHN. This is our first time offering an iQue Player, a rare console launched exclusively in China on November 17, 2003. It's the only example listed on VGA's August census. Developed by Nintendo and iQue to combat game piracy, this innovative console is a compact version of the Nintendo 64, housed entirely within the controller. It featured direct ports of Nintendo 64 games, stored on a 64MB flash card, with purchases made via kiosks or the iQue@Home software. Unlike the standard N64, the iQue Player had enhanced online capabilities for updates through a USB PC connection. Discontinued on December 31, 2016, this console is a rare collector's item, especially with the sticker seal intact. The box shows some corner and edge wear but remains a beautiful display piece.Auction Info
