    X-Men #1 (Marvel, 1963) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Off-white to white pages. The Marvel Age of Comics was well underway when Stan Lee created the mutated X-Men (the Angel, the Beast, Cyclops, Iceman, and Marvel Girl). In addition to the introduction of "the strangest super-heroes of all" the book also contains the first appearances of Professor X and Magneto. Jack Kirby delivered the now-famous cover and art. Currently issue #1 is tied for the #8 position on Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics. Overstreet 2020 FN 6.0 value = $6,400; VF 8.0 value = $14,800. CGC census 6/21: 125 in 7.0, 283 higher.
