    Description

The Incredible Hulk #4 (Marvel, 1962) CGC VF 8.0 Cream to off-white pages. Jack Kirby was at his early 1960s finest on this issue of Incredible Hulk. CGC was very conservative on grading this extremely nice looking early Silver Age book. The spine is virtually flawless, the staples are well centered, and it is printed with deep, rich greens. Marvel was really hitting its stride in late 1962, and this book is a great example of that. Overstreet 2002 VF 8.0 value = $956.

I have done a preliminary analysis and the total of the hammer prices was $67,550. With BP, the final figure was $80,722.25. That is against the total insurance value of $34,785 or 2.32 x ‘pre-auction estimate’. Incredible, really, so a big thanks.
