Spider-Man's origin is retold in this landmark issue, which also features the first Fantastic Four crossover. J. Jonah Jameson, John Jameson, and the Chameleon all make their first appearances. Steve Ditko provided the cover and art. Currently ranked #7 on Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: color touch, pieces added, tear seals, cleaned, reinforced."
