    Description

Tales of Suspense #48 Twin Cities pedigree (Marvel, 1963) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. CGC has certified several high-grade copies up to and including NM 9.4 grades, but very few have earned this grade to date. This ish is a key in the run, with Iron Man de-clunkifying his armor for a completely re-designed 1964 model! There's also the first appearance of Mister Doll, with Jack Kirby providing the cover and Steve Ditko contributing interior art. Overstreet 2010 NM- 9.2 value = $1,400. CGC census 4/11: 3 in 9.6, 2 higher. From the Gary Dahlberg Collection.

View the certification for CGC Certification ID 914772002 and purchase grader's notes if available.
