The significance is the origin and first appearance of Iron Man (Tony Stark). Jack Kirby and Don Heck combined for the cover, and Heck, Steve Ditko, and Gene Colan contributed interior art. Overstreet 2018 VF/NM 9.0 value = $31,100; NM- 9.2 value = $50,000. CGC census 11/18: 16 in 9.0, 41 higher.
