    Tales of Suspense #39 (Marvel, 1963) CGC FN+ 6.5 Cream to off-white pages. This key Marvel issue is currently in eighth place on Overstreet's Top 20 Silver Age Comics list thanks to its main feature: the origin and first appearance of Iron Man. Jack Kirby produced yet another iconic cover for it, assisted by Don Heck (who provided the story art). Steve Ditko and Gene Colan also contributed interior art. Overstreet 2014 FN 6.0 value = $3,300; VF 8.0 value = $9,000. CGC census 8/14: 67 in 6.5, 217 higher.
