The Silver Surfer battles the Stranger, with an appearance by the Fantastic Four (The Thing, Mr. Fantastic, the Stranger, and the Human Torch). The backup feature is a version of a story from Tales to Astonish #26, rewritten to feature the Watcher. The issue also contains a letter from Elfquest creator Wendy (Fletcher) Pini.
