    Description

The Incredible Hulk #1 (Marvel, 1962) CGC VF- 7.5 Off-white to white pages. This series was the second ever Silver Age Marvel superhero title, and this first issue remains one of the toughest Silver Age Marvels to find in high grade. In fact, we have only ever handled six copies that top this offering in our almost 15 years of auctioning comics! The issue is currently ranked #2 on Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics. The Hulk's origin and first appearance is featured, with cover and interior art by Jack Kirby. The story also has the first appearances of supporting characters Rick Jones, Betty Ross, and "Thunderbolt" Ross. An impressive copy to say the least! Overstreet 2015 VF 8.0 value = $38,500. CGC census 3/16: 28 in 7.5, 32 higher.
