The Flash #136 (DC, 1963) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. This is the best copy we've ever seen of this issue! Carmine Infantino and Murphy Anderson are the cover artists. Flash is starting with the man in the mirror (namely the Mirror Master), and by the way, a supporting character makes his first appearance here, namely Dexter Miles, curator of the Flash museum.
