    The Flash #106 (DC, 1959) CGC VF+ 8.5 Cream to off-white pages. The first appearances of Gorilla Grodd and the Pied Piper, and Part One of the Gorilla Grodd trilogy, one of the most beloved stories of the "hot" early Flash run. Carmine Infantino cover and art. Overstreet lists this book as "scarce," and currently, the highest-graded copy to ever come to auction was the 9.2 NM- Bethlehem copy, back in 2012. Overstreet 2015 VF 8.0 value = $1,708; VF/NM 9.0 value = $3,854. CGC census 11/15: 3 in 8.5, 6 higher.
