The Avengers #16 (Marvel, 1965) CGC VF+ 8.5 White pages. The Avengers experienced the first major shake-up of their line-up in this issue, with Iron Man, Thor, Giant-Man, and the Wasp rotated out and replaced with "Cap's Kooky Quartet": Captain America, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver. Namor, aka the Sub-Mariner, makes a cameo appearance. The classic cover is by Jack Kirby, and story art is by Kirby and Dick Ayers. Overstreet 2024 VF 8.0 value = $400; VF/NM 9.0 value = $900.
