This issue has the first appearances of three well-known supporting characters in the Spider-Man saga, namely Gwen Stacy (don't get us started on how she ended up), Professor Warren (don't get us started on how he ended up), and also Harry Osborn (who had some pretty darn hairy moments himself, geez!).
