Spider-Man's origin is retold in the issue, which also features the first appearances of J. Jonah Jameson and the Chameleon, and a guest appearance by the Fantastic Four. Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko collaborated on the unforgettable cover, and Ditko begins his classic run as the title's primary story artist.
