It features the first appearances of John Jameson, J. Jonah Jameson, and the Chameleon. Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko cover art, as well as the Fantastic Four's first crossover appearance and a retelling of Spidey's origin. Overstreet 2010 FN 6.0 value = $4,500; VF 8.0 value = $13,500.
