Jonah Jameson, and the Chameleon; as well as the first-ever Marvel crossover in the form of an appearance by the Fantastic Four. Spidey's origin is also retold from Amazing Fantasy #15. Steve Ditko provided the cover and art. A perennially hot issue among collectors in any grade, it currently ranks #7 on Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics.
