    Tales to Astonish #59 Pacific Coast pedigree (Marvel, 1964) CGC NM/MT 9.8 Off-white to white pages. The Hulk battles Giant-Man in his first appearance in the title, and the Avengers make an appearance. This was Hulk's first appearance in almost a year, having been displaced when his own title folded after just six issues. He would quickly become the series most popular character. The rollicking cover is by Jack Kirby, with art by Dick Ayers and Paul Reinman. This is the highest-graded copy of this issue certified by CGC to date. Overstreet 2012 NM- 9.2 value = $765.
