Tales to Astonish #50 Twin Cities pedigree (Marvel, 1963) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. Like so many Gary Dahlberg copies in this run, this one is the best we've ever offered of the issue. Giant-Man is the star, and the villain making his first appearance is the Human Top. Now, that bad guy's name was later changed to the Whirlwind, perhaps because the folks at DC pointed out the similarity to someone from their own rogues' gallery. Jack Kirby cover and art. Overstreet 2010 NM- 9.2 value = $325. CGC census 4/11: 4 in 9.6, 1 higher.
