This copy of the origin and first appearance of Iron Man, also known as Tony Stark, is in the top 6% of more than 1,700 CGC-graded copies of the issue. It is also the first appearance of Wong Chu, the Librarian, and the first appearance and death of Professor Yinsen. Jack Kirby and Don Heck drew the memorable cover, with Heck, Steve Ditko, and Gene Colan adding interior art to the issue. The book is currently ranked at #9 on Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics. Overstreet 2020 VF 8.0 value = $14,000; VF/NM 9.0 value = $35,000. CGC census 2/21: 46 in 8.5, 59 higher.
