Among Marvel Age "keys" it ranks just behind Journey Into Mystery #83 and X-Men #1, and is currently in eighth place among Overstreet's Top 20 Silver Age Comics. The reason: the origin and first appearance of Iron Man. Jack Kirby produced yet another historic cover, assisted by Don Heck who provided the story art. Steve Ditko and Gene Colan also contributed interior art. CGC notes "'Stan Lee '75'" written on cover in pen." Overstreet 2012 VF 8.0 value = $9,000. CGC census 5/13: 37 in 8.0, 78 higher.
