The Eel returns for a rematch, after getting trounced by the Human Torch a few issues prior, while Dr. Strange endures "The Many Traps of Baron Mordo". Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, and George Roussos each contributed to the cover, and the interior art was handled by Ditko and Dick Ayers. This is the highest-graded copy of this issue certified by CGC to date. Overstreet 2012 NM- 9.2 value = $300. CGC census 7/12: 1 in 9.8, none higher.
