    Description

Fantastic Four #9 (Marvel, 1962) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. The Sub-Mariner makes his third Silver Age appearance in this issue, and his bizarre scheme involves getting the FF evicted from their headquarters and manipulating them into starring in a movie full of dangerous action sequences (weirdest... revenge scheme... ever!) The vibrant orange and yellow cover is by Jack Kirby. This is the nicest copy of this issue ever to come our way, and it bears the highest grade assigned to this issue by CGC as of this writing. Overstreet 2012 NM- 9.2 value = $3,800. CGC census 7/12: 4 in 9.6, none higher. From the Doug Schmell / PedigreeComics.com Collection.

View the certification for CGC Certification ID 990032002 and purchase grader's notes if available.
