Fantastic Four #48 (Marvel, 1966) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white to white pages. First appearances of the Silver Surfer and Galactus, both of whom will appear in this summer's highly anticipated The Fantastic Four: First Steps movie. The Inhumans and the Watcher also appear. Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott cover and art. Currently tied for #47 on Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics. Overstreet 2024 NM- 9.2 value = $12,000. CGC census 4/25: 171 in 9.2, 281 higher.
